About

How I show up
— in work, and in life.

The four principles here are the operating system behind how I lead teams, partner with customers, and build a career that compounds over time.

01 Ethos & beliefs
01

Intentional Living

I believe in building a life and career with intention. Health, balance, and peace come first — because without them, nothing else holds. Discipline and consistency shape how I show up, not just in work, but in everything I commit to.

02

Ownership & Leadership

I take ownership and follow through. Being reliable and getting things done is not a goal, it is a standard. I am driven by the opportunity to lead, to take on real responsibility, and to create space for others to perform at a higher level.

03

Practical Impact

At the core of my work is solving complex technology challenges in a way that is clear, practical, and built to last. I focus on building trusted relationships with partners and customers, aligning teams, and enabling outcomes that create long-term growth across the ecosystem.

04

Long-Term Growth

I am motivated by progress, by building something that compounds over time, and by creating a secure future for my family. Just as important, I aim to be someone others can rely on and look to as an example — both in the partner space and within the teams I lead.

02 Leadership philosophy & operating style
01 · Leadership

Leadership style

Collaborative and context-driven. I align teams around the why, encourage healthy debate, and create the clarity people need to make smart decisions independently. Once we commit, I'm decisive and focused on helping the team execute well.

02 · Management

Management style

Facilitative and outcomes-oriented. I use lightweight structure — clear priorities, explicit owners, regular check-ins, and written updates — to create accountability without adding drag. I'm hands-on at the start when ambiguity is high, then shift into coaching as the team gains momentum.

03 A short personal note
— Shantnu

Outside of work, I'm a husband, a father, and someone who is genuinely happiest on a gym workout session, in a good conversation, or building something that will still matter a decade from now.

I came to Silicon Valley nearly two decades ago through engineering and partner work, and I've stayed because the work I care about — turning messy partner problems into durable software — lives here. If any of that resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
